What Will You Be Doing?
In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities designed to enhance our technical infrastructure and support the organization’s goals. Key duties include:
- Collaborating with Cyber, Fraud, and Financial Crime teams to develop intelligence-driven solutions.
- Reviewing and approving client communications, account openings, and policy exception requests.
- Maintaining and updating relevant policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Monitoring and resolving issues within the Risk Management Information System.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Skills You’ll Need
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a combination of technical expertise and industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in cyber-fraud intelligence collection and analysis.
- In-depth understanding of tools used by cyber adversaries in the financial sector.
- Knowledge of eBanking Trojans, POS/ATM malware, phishing kits, and mobile malware.
- Strong ability to manage external vendors and ensure optimal use of services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
